Real estate brokerage, the way I do it… quality over quantity!
With 20 years of experience in sales and leadership, I have a strong network of connections and work primarily through referrals. This allows me to provide more personalized attention to my clients, dedicating more time to them while offering high-quality services with excellent value for money.
In large networks, a quantity-focused approach often prevails, which means less time is allocated to each client. In contrast, I handle fewer properties, allowing me to dedicate more time and energy to each assignment.
"I handle very few properties; I never have more than ten assignments at a time. In networks, agents often manage 50 to 100 listings, but I invest significant energy into my assignments, which is why I successfully sell the properties," said Dani Csorba about himself—something I could easily say about myself as well. 🙂

Personalization and references
In my field, when evaluating real estate agents, the key factors are how they can establish a trusting atmosphere with the seller during the first meeting, what professional skills they possess, and how much energy they are willing to invest in their work. Therefore, clients don't really care whether you work within a franchise system or operate independently.
What truly matters are your personal qualities, as sellers make agreements not with the company but with the individual!
I can confidently say that 98% of my success in this profession depends on my personality. Clients choose to work with me because they find me personable and trustworthy, which I can back up with my past results, attitude, and communication skills.

...however, building a trusting atmosphere is not a one-time event. Those who do their job well increasingly gain new assignments through referrals rather than relying on cold calls—something I have never needed to do. A referral means that one client recommends another. Over time, this can create a professional reputation and esteem that ensure the advisor's continued success. This is also the foundation of my work.

Quality services
Independent real estate agents are increasingly offering high-quality services. Personalization means, among other things, the professional preparation of advertisements, targeting the right audience who are actively searching for that specific property, and sometimes home staging—preparing the home for a successful sale—or providing favorable loan offers. These factors elevate the work of individual advisors and increase the chances of a relatively quick sale. I focus not on material aspects but on the client’s personality—the person behind the transaction. Success doesn’t depend on which company someone works for but on qualities like competence, empathy, sales skills, market knowledge, and expertise, to name just a few.
As an independent real estate expert, I am my own boss. My work is not dictated by external rules or a uniform corporate image. Instead, I rely on my own creativity, marketing, and work pace, guided by my personal ethical standards. Additionally, I maintain good relationships with other real estate agents in the city, so if I bring a buyer to your property through "cross-selling," it won't result in any extra cost for you!

You probably know someone who works as a real estate agent. At first glance, what do you see? ...what do they do? They are constantly on the phone coordinating, negotiating, and showing properties. Maybe they’re well-dressed, always smiling, and meeting lots of people? That’s just the surface!
